Facilitators
Deb Link is a licensed marriage and family therapist and professional clinical counselor specializing in high-conflict family therapy and reunification therapy. Deb is also a mediator, early neutral evaluator, parenting coach, parenting consultant, and custody evaluator. She works most often with parents to help them better the lives of their children through a safe a cooperative co-parenting relationship.
Lori Thibodeau is licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT). She works with individuals, families, parents, couples, and adolescents in a counseling setting. Lori specializes in working with families in conflict, co-parenting, and resist-refuse family problems. She is also a parent educator.
Matthew Shore is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. Matthew specializes in working with families and individuals contending with custody and parenting time questions and concerns. He is a family mediator, parenting consultant, child consultant, coach, and custody evaluator, as well as one of only a handful of practitioners in the Twin Cities fully trained in Child Inclusive Mediation. Matthew is listed as a qualified neutral under Rule 114 of the Minnesota Supreme Court’s Roster of Qualified Neutrals. He is, additionally, a member of the National Association of Social Workers and the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts, with whom he served two terms as a board member.
